Introduction:

Porcelain, thanks to its malleability when modeled and its vitrification when fired at high temperatures, is the ideal clay for creating ceramic jewelry, particularly rings. For those who have never worked with porcelain, the theme of the ring is the perfect subject to learn how to model it, even for those who are more interested in creating sculptures than jewelry.

Program:

– First day in the morning from 9,30 a.m. to 12,30 p.m: learning the methodology to create porcelain rings of the desired size. Making of smooth and textured bands in white porcelain and colored porcelain.

– First day in the afternoon from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m.: creation of sculptural rings with vertical form development, in white porcelain and colored porcelain, with texture application.

– Second day in the morning from 9,30 a.m. to 12,30 p.m.: creation of sculptural rings with horizontal form development, in white porcelain and colored porcelain, and application of textures.
